Sylvie walks home from work along Main Street. She looks down and sees a brown wallet on the ground. She picks it up and looks inside. There's a license with a photo and a name.
Sylvie caminha para casa depois do trabalho pela Main Street. Ela olha para baixo e vê uma carteira marrom no chão. Ela a pega e olha dentro. Há uma carteira de motorista com uma foto e um nome.
The wallet has some cash and a few cards inside. Sylvie decides to find the owner. The license shows an address nearby.

She walks three blocks to the address on the license. It's a small apartment building with red doors. She rings the bell for apartment 4B.

A man opens the door. He looks worried and tired.
Um homem abre a porta. Ele parece preocupado e cansado.
"Hello," Sylvie says. "Is your name Gideon?"
"Olá", diz Sylvie. "Seu nome é Gideon?"
"Yes, that's me," he says. "Do I know you?"
"Sim, sou eu", ele diz. "Eu te conheço?"
"I found your wallet on Main Street," Sylvie says.
"Encontrei sua carteira na Main Street", diz Sylvie.
Gideon's eyes open wide. "Really? I lost it an hour ago!"
Os olhos de Gideon se arregalam. "Sério? Eu a perdi há uma hora!"
"Here it is," Sylvie says. She hands him the wallet.
"Aqui está", diz Sylvie. Ela entrega a carteira a ele.
Gideon checks inside. "Everything is here. Thank you so much."
Gideon confere o conteúdo. "Está tudo aqui. Muito obrigado."
"You're welcome," Sylvie says. "I'm glad I found it."
"De nada", diz Sylvie. "Fico feliz por ter encontrado."
"This is very kind of you," Gideon says. "Can I give you some money?"
"Isso é muita gentileza sua", diz Gideon. "Posso te dar algum dinheiro?"
"No, that's okay," Sylvie says. "I'm just happy to help."
"Não, tudo bem", diz Sylvie. "Só estou feliz em ajudar."
Gideon smiles and shakes her hand. "Well, thank you again, Sylvie."
Gideon sorri e aperta a mão dela. "Bom, obrigado de novo, Sylvie."
"Anytime," Sylvie says. "Have a good day, Gideon."
"Quando precisar", diz Sylvie. "Tenha um bom dia, Gideon."
She turns and walks back down the street.
Ela se vira e continua caminhando pela rua.
