Nadia comes home late from work. She looks for her keys in her bag. She checks the bag two times. The keys are not there.
Nadia chega em casa tarde do trabalho. Ela procura as chaves na bolsa. Ela verifica a bolsa duas vezes. As chaves não estão lá.
She thinks about her day. She had the keys at lunch. She used them to lock her bike. She thinks she left them at the café.
Ela pensa sobre o seu dia. Ela tinha as chaves na hora do almoço. Ela as usou para trancar a bicicleta. Ela acha que as deixou no café.
Nadia calls the café on her phone. A man answers the phone. "Hello, this is the Green Cup Café," he says.
Nadia liga para o café pelo celular. Um homem atende o telefone. "Alô, aqui é o Green Cup Café", ele diz.
"Hi, I think I left my keys there," Nadia says. "Can you check the tables, please?"
"Oi, acho que deixei minhas chaves aí", diz Nadia. "Você pode verificar as mesas, por favor?"
"One moment, please," the man says. He walks around the café. "Yes! I see a key ring here."
"Um momento, por favor", diz o homem. Ele caminha pelo café. "Sim! Vejo um chaveiro aqui."
"Great news," Nadia says. "I will come right now."
"Que ótima notícia", diz Nadia. "Vou aí agora mesmo."
She walks back to the café. It is only ten minutes away. The man gives her the keys.
Ela caminha de volta para o café. Fica a apenas dez minutos de distância. O homem entrega as chaves a ela.
"Here you are," he says. "Have a good evening."
"Aqui estão", ele diz. "Tenha uma boa noite."
Nadia takes the keys and checks them two times. Yes, these are her keys.
Nadia pega as chaves e as verifica duas vezes. Sim, são as chaves dela.
She walks home and opens her door. She puts the keys in a small bowl. The bowl sits by the front door. Now she will always find them there.
Ela caminha para casa e abre a porta. Ela coloca as chaves em uma tigela pequena. A tigela fica perto da porta da frente. Agora ela sempre vai encontrá-las ali.
